While I hate to agree with you, even though I alluded to the probability myself...it would appear Sheldon is fine (though I dont know how fine is fine at this level for him personally)...but he left Pinetree with a train-wreck...

...can't really blame it all on him, with Canadian dollar falling 20% with the implosion of oil prices and his oil/gas/mineral portfolio following suit...but his unrelenting buying (to our benefit) of ANY at ANY price (SPIHF) via Pinetree is coming home to roost for Pinetree...and it appears so for ANY shareholders too, with what I am purely speculating is Pinetree's orderly liquidation...

...it is just common sense that the train-wrecked portfolio is requiring liquidation and we are the likely candidate to raise cash...ala sale of ANY and resulting...pressure on the stock...

...some ask..."why liquidate down here"...not to suggest that Pinetree or its creditors have margin calls...but if you have a personal margin call do you call your broker and say "your crazy to force me to sell down here ... in another 60 days its going to be double!"...

...the truth is we dont know where the pressure is coming from...nor do we REALLY know what Pinetree (ex SI) is really doing...but we can surely make an educated guess from the SP.

...if powder dry...it could be looked at as a short term negative...long term opportunity...but not pretty...except for shorts.

ps. I am expecting big things to be announced in the quarterly reporting...not necessarily huge revenue, but setup via OEM adoption of GW...which has been alluded to...so its "hold on time". Love the tech...and IMHO...will be a bonanza...Hoping to love the SP more in a couple of weeks...and with those with CASH...not a bad time to love it now.
