Upgrader, there's a new 10Q out? Where?...

The newest 10Q I see was filed on Feb 19, 2014, and that was for the Sep. 30, 2012 year. Looks like they've got a ways to go.

Also, their business license is set to expire tomorrow, 1-31-2105. That wouldn't look good; they change their name and their business license expires. Not good.
