The RCMP involvement will report back on what to Ambrose. We have not found any violations of the Canadian Criminal Code, no violations of the Ontario Securities Act because those acts have nou authority over CEN. The criminal code might apply if Canadian laws have been broken and that would be difficult to prove. All this is going to do is delay the process and allow for more investor uncertainty. The SEC is negligent if they do not at least acknowledge these issues and conduct their own investigation. If they find there are no violations of the SEC regs therefore no action is warranted, fine, then let it fall back to the town of Lakeshore and the zoning amendment issues and likely application for an amendment of those regs.
This is just butt covering by the Health Minister. Again, investors are being led along.
