My math must be wrong, would you be so kind as to point out where I'm going wrong?

PXYN will pay NHS 64% of net revenue for sales generated by NHS.

PXYN paid TPS:

1) On the low end (for receivables factored at/below 20%), 13% of gross billings where net revenue was approximately 46% of gross billings. So (13% / .46) = 28% of net revenue.

2) On the high end (for receivables NOT factored, or factored above 20%), , 17.5%, so (17.5% / .46) = 38% of net revenue.
