There's some merit to your statement but not with NTEK. It's clearly a scam but as one finds time and time again the Lon and strong hold on for dear life as the stock spirals down and everyone else has long gone. Refusing to see the reality and in the end blaming others, the short, the MM, etc., not the scammers who started and ran the stock with the motive to just being a share selling derivative.
