LATF is a hijacked shell. LATF's sister company, HESG, was run by the same turds that created this mess. HESG was also a hijacked shell. It's been hijacked twice in less than 5 years.

LATF has no viable business. It hasn't had one since the original BOD resigned or disappeared. Check the SEC filings.

There is zero potential here. No revenue. Fake products. Fake pics on their website. No MJ, in any form. Everything you could possibly imagine is in play.
