There is dilution still going on for sure. VFIN was on the ask and at 0031 later in the day and BMAK parked at 005. The 50 DMA is currently at 0043. Pretty long ways away still. This has got some time before it can make a real move. Best thing to do is accumulate in high teens and low 2's if possible.
