So it matters not the lies and fraud as long as someone ELSE buys the current holders shares at a premium right?

Matters not that someone else is going to get stuck after the smoke and mirrors disappear?

Because I thought when you invest, trade, or whatever someone wants to call it that it was to be based on the ability to believe press from a company, believe financials, believe bios, etc

Maybe not I guess since clearly it's all about selling ones shares to someone else who hasn't yet figured out that it doesn't matter if what the company claims is complete BS as long as they buy shares at 100% more than their value.

A company with no product and no assets has a VALUE OF ZERO.
