Share buy-back?

That's a fallacy created by the CEO who knows he will never buy a single share of stock back in this company. He did this in order to pump the stock and create volume trading activity by duping people into believing that only successful companies do share buy-back programs.

Of course, unless someone would like to show me where in PLKD's financials they show the cash to actually do a share buy-back.

And.....

Let's not pretend that they actually had ANY sales in the first quarter because if they had, we would have seen revenues listed in the Subsequent Event section of their 10K which would list any material revenues from October 01, 2014 to January 07, 2015 when the 10K was filed!

Saying you have an intent to do something us a far cry from actually doing it!
