Rico's plan.....

I am firmly convinced that Rico is waiting for KBM Worldwide to start putting in conversion notices before doing anything our making any announcements.

This is probably when several lucky people will receive their apple juice causing a desperate sensation of hope that maybe PLKD can somehow make it. He will more than likely follow up with a bogus press release in order to fuel the fire and hype the stock in order to get people questioning whether this company is real or not.

In his mind, the objective will be to create enough volume in order to retire the KBM note without the stock going bidless.

Inevitably, everyone will soon see the depth of this scam when he comes in with his first quarter 10Q and, once again, his numbers and statements do not reflect anything he stated in his December 24, 2014 press release.

Rest assured, we will be amazed at how a few people receiving a few cases of apple juice will get considerable mileage in creating volume for this stock.

He will attempt to use the volume as a means to go out and raise more capital.

The question is.....

Are the PLKD shareholders going to continue to allow him to use and abuse them?
