25% of $40 Billion = $10 Billion for Commons' LTI.

$10 Billion ÷ by approximately 1.1* Billion Common Shareholders that gave releases =$9.09 per Common LTI.

*Note: Of the 1.7 Billion Common Shares Outstanding, only about 1.1 Billion of Common Shareholders gave their releases.
