I do know that BK laws exist and there are extremely smart people who know them inside out and backwards.

With billions of dollars at stake they know exactly what can legally be achieved.

To believe billions of dollars just disappeared overnight is preposterous.

Escrow will be paid something IMHO as part of the MA. It will not be announced that escow gets paid it will just be wrapped up in a nice tidy bow.
