I would rather have "hairy legged engineers" who are smart and who develop a critical product than a salesman who could sell ice to an eskimo at this point in time.... after the product is perfected Sigma can find the golden tongued salesman... turn turn turn... everything in its own time... would you rather have a salesman without something of value to sell??
