So how many of those institutions themselves blew up and don't have any cash to pay FXCM?
How many of them are in regions that FXCM can't collect?
How many of them are going to balk at paying millions and have much better lawyers than FXCM?

Food for thought. They'll collect something, but certainly not 60%.
