IRIS International Gains - Q1 Results Up Vs Yr Ago, 2006 EPS Seen Above Sole FC Estimate

Boston, May 09, 2006 (MidnightTrader via COMTEX) -- IRIS International (IRIS) says Q1 sales were $16.1 million, up from a year ago. It earned $0.09 per share, up from a year ago.

2006 sales are seen between $72 and $76 million, in line with the sole FC estimate for $74 million. EPS less share based compensation expense are seen at $0.45, above the sole FC estimate for $0.43.
