Its staying afloat because most who wanted out got out, but there is no catalyst for new buyers to come in, even with Mr. Vasquez saying "news coming any day now". I think most are in the wait-and-see, I'll-believe-it-when-I-see-it" mode. The only way to exit right now, for anyone wanting to exit, would tank the price because there is not enough volume and the MM's won't fill you at your ask, you have to take the bid and they would keep dropping it. So it looks like its stuck-and-wait mode for most of us.
