I can see why some would prefer notification after filing. I see this as a much stronger statement than previous statements though based on at least two things.
1. Having 11 million in the bank vs 7.
2. " is meeting today with its legal counsel,".

That said, if a large private investment firm or major drug company has finally taken the time to fully vet the available Brilacidin data and can compare it to the most recent trial, I suspect, that at the very least, finding a buyer for the shelf might be a bit easier than many suspect.
