Just an FYI.

Does holding 80 million shares, having insider info (false as it may be), and repeating to state "BIG NEWS" make it run?

Nope.

Not even BIG NEWS will make this run unless the BIG NEWS is coming from BIG RETAILERS stating that this company's beverage is IN their stores.

Simply put NOTHING this company releases will be considered anything except BS because they have released so much BS BIG NEWS over the last 4 years that STILL HAS NEVER HAPPENED!
