I totally agree with the profit taking being at least the $5-10 levels. I was fortunate to pick up a small position in the 30 cent range and wouldn't consider taking any profit until at least $5 on this one. Frankly, I am holding this until a settlement or court decision is rendered. I know some guys that are going to start picking up whatever they can below $2 next week and I don't think there will be much available.
