Tails: I posted it as an FYI
That to be mentioned in Barron's means added Viz.
As to the story's actual content, fathers helping sons angle, a bit random, but that seems to be the angle (peg) they deemed interesting enough to write about (btw, the excerpt I posted is the full blurb from what I can tell). The mention of a handful of promising CTIX drugs and Ehrlich and Menon growing it to $400m + valuation across a decade, quite an accomplishment, I read largely as a positive and didn't sense any intentional harmful innuendo, any shot fired across bow (just my take).
Having done DD on NN*B tie in, it's not squeaky clean, of slight concern, but nowhere near enough to cause me to breakout in a rash of worry.... The science behind CTIX (the What we're invested in) is strong and that ultimately is what matters most. Still: getting partnered/uplisted/a Board of Directors in place will help put to rest any over-emphasis, by the Bashers, the Seeking Alpha types, on potential past mistakes/questionable dealings made by management (the Who we've invested in). By and large, I think management should be commended and I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Last, like F1ash commented, I also think we probably now know the true genesis of The PolyHeist -- sons to fathers initiated chats as the former were already in the antibiotic space.
