@AFO, $AZFL pps would not jump to that level, the pps would most likely jump pretty close to $1.00 after news of the merger/acquisition/exclusive buy rights (whatever) the case may be. PPS would definitely rise and all of us would be incredibly happy. I'd say after news dropped pps would skyrocket then level off until quarterly reports came out explaining how well the deal is doing and how much revenue $AZFL is actually making. Obviously just my opinion! I definitely want some sort of deal to happen! this would be incredibly good news and an amazing way to start our 2015.
