Don't think so. Both companies dumped their own "negative calorie" drinks years ago after lawsuits over the claims. Using stimulants to claims "negative calories" runs afoul of a lot of folks.
Celsius is small enough and with no assets that no one cares, but Coke or Pepsi would be huge targets.
That coupled with the ongoing losses (25% of sales in the last reported quarter) makes an acquisition by anyone, let alone Coke or Pepsi, extremely unlikely.
