True...though they can use their loan to grow their business (alcampari ?? Was that the competitor they were eyeballing?). Their can reduce redundancies , grow their accounts and improve their operating cash flow.

At the end of the day, IMO, the company Is an attractive purchase at this price. I thing there's an article out there re: a Schwab purchase making sense...I'll have to look for it, but it's like a 'fire sale' if you ask me.
