QLTS warning gonna rocket, $60 mil in funding for 600 mil newly issued/restricted commons = .10 PPS funders agreed to currently pps is just .0045, now why do you think a investors would agree to such a huge mark-up, because the current valuation is severly under valued, do u think investors putting up $60mil know more than we do, Im willing to bet they do, load and hold wild ride about to start
