What, it's their Most Recent Form 10-Q, I mean i'll agree they need to change and update their current share count because it's still showing this > http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MINE/profile

But you must have meant my other link where it showed that HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of Millions of shares can still be set free on the market at any given time, but you're probably right, I'm sure that has nothing to do with anything considering the history of this company, just a conspiracy theory.
