One reason I think escrows will be paid....why issue you something that you can never do anything with them....how could you close your account with a broker if you can't part with the escrows shares.....what good would a million dollars do you if you couldn't spend it or even give it away...lol....there has to be a closure on escrows some where...nothing last forever.
