Law? No, but the site's Terms of Use that you agreed to when registering your account(s) apply here.

Here is a line from it:

Furthermore, you haven't done anything malicious or annoying like Orion. You just don't seem to grasp the idea of communities like this. You are to only have ONE username/alias. Everytime you come up with a new thought, you don't need to register a new alias to post it. That's what you seem to have been doing.
