Right that is what I heard. IR seemed confident that the share price would take care of itself based on the deals they are supposed to get done over the next few weeks or at best end of this quarter. He did say the outstanding shares is now 60MM and the authorized has been increased to 1B but not plans for a R/S. THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!
