I deal with UPS all the time, that's normal.
It gets checked in and out of each facility.
This shipment had to go through several facilities because of distance.

Track something with FedEx's economy service, now that's funny.

I had something shipped from a town about 80 miles away. It took 8 days to get to me.

It went about 200 miles north of me, then 100 miles south of me, before coming back north to me.
I really don't see how they make money sometimes.
