I literally read that entire thing very late last night. It was very gloomy to say the least. And, IMO the quote i copy and pasted in my previous note/poster was the most relevant of the entire prospectus. A kind of, read between the lines type of quote.

IMO - I see their motive to attempt to raise the PPS to .06 ASAP. So they can utilize funds. Otherwise, this thing is done and i mean done , done. Like scrapped and sold for parts. The other thing - which i hate to say it Madhouse but it is clear as day in the prospectus is: Once the PPS hits .06 (if it does) this thing is going to get diluted something nasty and will destroy the PPS for us common share holders. Heck, as a mercy play they might even dilute this thing is the PPS gets to say .03

IMO - If and when this thing begins to move up. Tread carefully when we get in or near the .03 mark between their and .06 they will dilute this to get their funds. Remember, per the prospectus. The PPS needs to be .06 for them (WEST) to receive the full 5 million dollars from South Ridge. I think if they struggle getting the PPS up they will take 50% at .03 and collect 2.5 million dollars to try and make it work.

GLTA - For the sake of your own well being do your self a solid and take the time to do your own DD. Ask questions and make a logical decision.
