Scott keeps tossing out the word........POSITIVE EQUITY on a regular basis and how he is supposedly CREATING that term. I for one DO NOT see ANY POSITIVE EQUITY in SEEK now nor have I seen any in a very long time with the exception of that phony run to .0077 a few months ago.

JUST WHAT REALLY IS CONSIDERED POSITIVE EQUITY in any company?????

You are considered to have POSITIVE EQUITY when this increase in value causes the value of your stock to rise higher than your original purchase price. This nets you a profit and a return on your initial investment in the company.

Now, that being said, would ANYONE, including one of our MODS or ENLIGHTENED ONES like to explain, with the PPS TANKED TO .0001, just HOW Scott can be dangling the old carrot as to SEEK having ANY POSITIVE EQUITY??? It sure IS NOT in any financials he has put out nor can it be found in the portfolio of most shareholders.

Obviously the ONLY ONES with that POSITIVE EQUITY are the investors who Scott handed out those CHEAP SHARES ( .00001 ) to in return for CASH to pay off another investor(s). I do NOT consider that being POSITIVE EQUITY for the average shareholder(s) who have bought in at a HIGHLY INFLATED price well over the current .0002 PPS........does anyone else?

It is what it is BUT the term POSITIVE EQUITY for most shareholders ( who were NOT privy to that .00001 pricing ) is a PIPE DREAM that Scott is using to try and SELL SHARES!
