What is reassuring about the S1/a is the fact that exercise prices of the shares are .02, .12, and .25, respectively. Meaning we have to get to at least .02 for some of them to convert...a worthy goal for management and investors.

Par value is .001 which is where we pretty much are. This is a no brainer for me. Bring on the syringes!!
