gold100--You're right, North-West is one SPRAWLING Russian oil company. Great potential for us! N-W wouldn't merge with little ol NDOL unless they saw great benefits for themselves; otherwise they'd have just paid their 2.17 per share in a flash.
Clearly they want access to the richest pool of investors in the world: USA! And NDOL is just the ticket, which will NOT sell its birthright for a Cuppa Noodlez--you can trust the insiders with 180 million shares to GUARANTEE that.
Exercise: multiply your current number of NDOL shares by 2.17 claimed current value, & wait and see if the merger $ figures, with however many merged shares you end up with, don't handily match and exceed what you'd get for NDOL at 2.17.
Example: If 10,000 NDOL with 48 mill barrels worth 2.17 boils down to 5,000 NDOL-NW with 248 mill barrels (justanignorantguess), do you think you'll profit above the 10k x $2.17?
My guess is NOT "nyet".
