The most common way to perform a futility analysis bakes in the original assumption about HR and thus only fails if the HR is the wrong side of 1.0. I.e. Almost useless.

Kind of what I suspect, but I appreciate the confirmation.

Too bad, as I think there is a real opportunity there with Cardio3.
