I don't think 15 even comes close at this PPS... The PPS needs to be above .26 for the 1:15 to even work. At .19, I think we need 1:21 just to get to 4$ "bid". (We need a good cushion there ya know? We know we'll wobble up and down a bit and the bid is always to some degree below the price.)
