If you deduct the growth rates from 2006 backwards the numbers come up as such:
2003: $155 bn (+10.1 %)
2004: $181 bn (+16.8 %)
2005: $192 bn (+ 6.1 %)
2006: $205 bn (+ 6.8 %)
The last time estimates have been revised upwards was with the November 2000 estimates (they guess twice a year in November and June):
