you are misreading a lot there.. I knew someone would post on this.. I usually dont post on anything fundamental on these low priced stocks, but there is one number that can tell you a lot.. its called the current ratio.. the 10KSB/A filed in April shows INSQ total assets as 4895334 with total liabilities as 3588756.. assets/liabilities = a ratio of around 1.3.. anything over 1 is considered pretty strong.. now if you are looking at fixed assets that number drops but Im not looking at fixed.. The OS is actually going to be reduced FORTY PERCENT via the equity conversion.. Yes I know what you're reading on the S8.. saying it could increase by 15%.. but is that AFTER the equity conversion?.. taking 3 billion shares out and adding 600 million sounds good to me.. I still have yet to scrutinize CLOSELY but I suggest you do.. Personally Id like to see Cornell out of this all together.. Greenshift would not be holding this company if they thought it was a loser.. I say its a friggin ten bagger.. it may take a couple months, but it will happen.. They use a lot of strong language in the risk assesment but they SHOULD.. that way people cant say they werent warned.. yes its risky.. but Im willing to take the risk.. Ive been in and out of this for over a year, but NOW is the time to go long and accumulate if possible.. dont put any more down than you can lose..
