Why bother company about AS issue. Company needs to have shares to do promotion. No promotion no movement in stock. President track record shows clearly his use of dilution and promotion, makes money then on to next public company. Even if you are right, there is no benefit to company not having shares to issue.

No one probably thinks Parks wants to build real business so only issue is when to get in and when to get out.

Or how with no shares to issue they can run the business ?
