I agree....if they were going to they would have done so in last run

but
they let it run and dillution does not appear to be present

I suspect they will not release shares till they get the pps higher
don't forget they sold the GOLD mine and have $ 11.8 million cash reserves
I don't suspect dillution is currently a problem
