Why would Peregrine want to keep delaying this trial; especially, if they know that CSM was responsible for the P2 Debacle?

Hint: If the courts need some legal documents on exactly what Peregrine should be reimbursed and if Peregrine signs a deal worth "$$$" then now this is a way to show the courts that Peregrine gets more money in the settlement.

Hmmm... if global leaders and scientific minds conclude PS Targeting is all the hype, then Peregrine gets everything they want out of the CSM damages and with the intent at stakes, CSM and insurance can both go under.

I doubt the insurance takes that risk.
