Just the story is simple

The Fox casino was launched and the informatic programmer wasn t good enough
The players were winning too much

They decided that the programmer clarence park should become ceo to improve

He failed in his task then the company shut down

Nothing for shareholders as indemnities like for others pink sheet project

A new ceo with a real project can always be in the rules but dtcc needs to clear all the bad trades before the eventually new projector
