to UltraFlix's Vast Library 4K Ultra HD Content

SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 15, 2015 -- NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK:

consumers, announced today a licensing agreement with MGM. With the
agreement NanoTech's award-winning 4K Ultra HD network UltraFlix
has been granted the distribution rights to 5 award-winning, fan-
favorite MGM films. UltraFlix subscribers are now able to enjoy the
films in stunning 4K Ultra HD from the comfort of their homes on a
variety of 4K Ultra HD platforms and TVs.
