There is no loss in Profit...a R/S has no impact on the Statement of Operations other than the calculation of Income per share...
If with the current business model and release of cell technology SLTD would be valued at $2B...then at 40M shares that would be $50/share at 400M shares that would be $5/share
After the R/S there will continue to be shareholder dilution....even before the R/S there was massive shareholder dilution with the SunWorks acquisition and pending MDE....
The need for the preferred shares voting power speaks volumes to why the R/S was needed...they realized they didn't control enough of the company...with the R/S and the subsequent share offerings to large investors, control will be consolidated and the next stage of growth will continue..
The only folks who will lose out on this are the retail day traders/short term traders.
The fun will begin again once there are call/put options trading...
