DNDN 1.50 PPS MATH 1 billion bid - 750 million owed= 250 million cash/160 million Outstanding shares= 1.50 price per share.

750 million expenses= 625 owed + 125 million accrued expenses

1 billion bid is 3x revenue which is pretty easy considering what it takes to make the drug and its cash flow even.

That what I'm hoping for while trying to be conservative.
