Where is our Captain? Haven't seen any posts from him for a few days.

Is there a "final" (I know it's always going to be a work in progress) set of rules for CSGCOS? I am confused by some of the last things attempted..i.e., the NAMO..not at all sure how that figures into the rules hierarchy.

Anyone care to comment on the latest rules? Thanks.
