One more thought ... IHUB is not responsible for the content posted nor are they responsible for the content removed since it is held in archieve for the SEC or other agency. Also it is not IHUB to determine the truth or the lies, the pump or the bash, the promoters or the shorters, the scams or the real, etc.

All IHUB does is monitor the site as a whole and has a right to question deletions and has the right to restore but IHUB also can delete if it sees a TOS or TOU.

People with agendas to cybersmear rarely provide proof just a hunch or guess which is why they are posting on the internet to character assassinate the target ... person or company.

If dare call something a P&D then what is wrong with the underlying basis like the PUMP (Lie) with proof it is false and was fabricated by the poster ... See P&D should be deleted without proof it applies to any stock and to the target.
