The decline in NBRI's stock price has nothing to do with the price of gold.

Instead it has everything to do with the toxic death spiral convertibles. Look at every other issuer of toxic death spirals over the same period. Every one is down 99-100%.

They don't call them toxic death spirals for nothing. They kill every company that issues them. Guaranteed.
