there is no explanation for this stock to be in this condition except for the attitude of the BOD. they seem to have no concern of their shareholders, because if they did they would do something to move the PPS to a more realistic amount. with all the meetings and other efforts made by the BOD, it would appear they would have shown how they intend to better the conception of the company to the investor public. IMHO
