I don't think so.

You'll be charged a commission. That's it. The 12b-1 and other fees come off the top. They don't charge an additional fee over and above the commission every time you trade.

These kinds of funds will generally incur fees greater than the average stock fund because they are leveraged. The costs of leveraging are passed along. To me, that's acceptable.
