When, and not if? Where did that come from? I provided this same information a few weeks ago, and it hasn't changed. 10 systems are being tested. Not 10 mband units. 10 systems. Where did you get when, not if from that? That interview doesn't mention any particular company, or product. Let's keep it real here.
